We Split It is a free and simple bill splitting web application.
It can be used to split any kind of bills eg. rent, electricity, utilities etc, and to send notifications to every person who is supposed to participate to the bill payment.
It's a very simple site with a few pages, made of php, html and css, but also some jQuery coding too to make it richer.
